The colour is light with a green tinge, the aromatics display classic Great Southern riesling characters with apple blossom and lime tones being the more dominant. The palate shows a dry styled riesling with subtle mineral undertones and a tight acid-driven crisp finish.

The colour is light and the aromatics display a combination of lemon and lime flavours. The palate is characterised by the acidic drive of the wine. A dry riesling, the wine displays intense lime flavours with subtle minerality (which will develop further with age). The wine has a long finish with a lingering acidity.

The wine shows a lifted bouquet of ripe pear, citrus and underlay of apricot. The palate is light and fresh and zips along into a clean and flavoursome finish.

The wine shows a lifted bouquet of pea pod and citrus with an underlay of passionfruit. The palate displays a nice richness while still retaining that Sauvignon Blanc freshness and flavour. The finish is clean and a nice dry finish.

A light styled Fiano with lifted aromas of spice, floral and honey characters. These follow through on the palate with a dash of nuttiness, medium weight and textured mouth feel. This wine is well suited to complement light, fresh seafood dishes. Drink now or allow this to continue to develop in the bottle for 6+ years.

This wine was produced in the traditional style of the Pessac-Léognan in the Graves region of Bordeaux. The selected fruit went to 100% new oak for five months which added texture, complexity and subtle spice flavours.

The wine shows a lifted bouquet of stonefruit and citrus with an underlay of toasty spice. The palate displays nice citrus flavours supported by barrel ferment characters which add complexity and add to the long flavoursome finish.
