The colour is bright and pale gold, and the wine is highly perfumed with apple blossom, citrus peel and lemon, with distinct mineral aromas. On the palate there are some delicate honey notes, quickly balanced by flavours of crunchy Granny Smith apples, lime sherbert and citrus peel, with subtle minerality.

Pale quartz in colour this wine shows beautiful soft citrus aromatics with pronounced minerality and subtle hints of sea-spray. The wine has flavours of lemon sherbert, apple and stony talc flowing through the length of the palate. This is a delicate yet intricate riesling, offering elegance and intensity with a finish of superb length.

The palate displays subtle texture while still retaining freshness that one comes to expect from premium sauvignon blanc. Bright tropical fruit flavours are supported by Granny Smith apple and a touch of grapefruit sharpness, with a refreshing, zippy acidity.

On the palate, the wine displays lively citrus flavours supported by funky barrel ferment characters which add complexity. There is a long flavoursome finish with a good balance of fruit, oak and natural acidity.

A tightly packed chardonnay displaying rich fruit flavours and a buttery character from malolactic fermentation. The wine shows a full mouthfeel derived from the lees work and a big French oak influence. The palate has length and drive towards the long finish, with broad intensity.

Delicate pink in colour, this is a contemporary Provence styled dry rosé with nuanced and inviting aromatics of cranberry, orange zest and spice. It is a refreshing style with a subtle textural mouthfeel. Flavours of tart rhubarb and custard, sour cherry, clove and burnt orange lead to a persistent, textural and dry finish.

An inviting bright garnet colour, the wine shows alluring aromatics of dark cherry, forest flowers and spices, with gamey notes and a hint of red confectionery. Say hello to Singlefile’s flagship wine. This is a wine that is soft, ripe, intense, balanced, elegant and powerful, among many other attributes. Only a limited number of cases were produced.
A smooth and spicy shiraz
The wine is a deep raspberry colour. The aromatics display notes of dark plum and charry oak with subtle cool climate spicy undertones and savoury notes. The palate is effortlessly smooth and displays black berry fruit characters flowing through to a subtle spicy finish balanced by ripe soft tannins leaving a surprisingly long finish.
An elegant shiraz offering dark fruit and spice
A medium-bodied cool-climate style shiraz with power and complexity. It displays vibrant blackberries, currants and subtle spicy aromas. The palate also offers hints of dark cocoa, which persist through to a dry finish. Throw an eye fillet on the barbie with a few spuds and corn cobs.
A cellar door favourite
The wine is pale yellow and bright in colour, with a well-defined bead. The aromatics show elements of citrus and green apple, with white blossom and tart raspberry, and subtle notes of toasted bread. On the palate, flavours of tart Granny Smith apple and fresh citrus are immediate, with a subtle brioche character, and a delicate hint of strawberry, leading to a lingering, clean finish.

This sparkling has delicate aromas of flint, citrus, honey, and almond nougat, reflecting the time spent on lees. On the palate, it has a fine bead and an elegance due to the natural acidity of the wine, presenting as the crisp freshness of Granny Smith apples and citrus zest. It also shows some subtle complexity.

This gin is enriched with premium Singlefile chardonnay grapes, infusing a unique, earthy fruit note reminiscent of our celebrated Denmark chardonnays. Batch 2 - New Release
A slightly sweeter gin in the vein of a 'sloe' style, but with no added sugar and only the natural sweetness of the Great Southern pinot noir grapes. The result is a jammy, robust gin with pepper notes and a beautiful tannin finish. It drinks as a sipping gin, mixed with a dry ginger ale or blended with Vermouth and Campari for a 'pinot negroni'.
