Rieslings of the Great Southern

Explore the depth of Great Southern riesling with this limited six-pack, featuring two bottles each of three exceptional 2025 releases. From the precision and purity of Porongurup, to Mount Barker’s clean, mineral-driven style, this selection showcases the grape’s remarkable range. All three wines are well suited to aging, offering drinking pleasure now or for  years to come.

Spring Cellar Collection

Celebrate the season with a case crafted for springtime enjoyment — two bottles each of six refreshing white wines, handpicked for their vibrant character and easy charm. Including our newly released 2025 Great Southern Vermentino and Fiano, this collection is perfect for sharing at picnics, long lunches, or warm evenings ahead.

New Release

The colour is bright and pale gold, and the wine is highly perfumed with apple blossom, citrus peel and lemon, with distinct mineral aromas. On the palate there are some delicate honey notes, quickly balanced by flavours of crunchy Granny Smith apples, lime sherbert and citrus peel, with subtle minerality.

The colour is light and pristine, and the aromatics display powerful lemon and lime with enticing notes of honey. A dry riesling, the wine displays intense lime and lemon blossom flavours with lively, flinty minerality (which will develop further with age). The wine has a crisp, tingling finish, with a lingering lemony acidity.

Pale quartz in colour this wine shows beautiful soft citrus aromatics with pronounced minerality and subtle hints of sea-spray. The wine has flavours of lemon sherbert, apple and stony talc flowing through the length of the palate. This is a delicate yet intricate riesling, offering elegance and intensity with a finish of superb length.

The nose shows crisp green apple and citrus aromas, with notes of green beans and a whisper of tropical passionfruit. The palate displays subtle texture while still retaining freshness that one comes to expect from premium sauvignon blanc. Bright tropical fruit flavours are supported by Granny Smith apple and a touch of grapefruit sharpness, with a refreshing, zippy acidity.

This wine shows enticing aromatics, with a lifted bouquet of nashi pear and spring florals, a touch of citrus and warm nutty tones. There is just a hint of saline minerality, which follows through on the palate. Fresh flavours of nashi pear and crisp green apple are complemented by some lime and delicate honey notes. The mouthfeel is light and elegant.

The colour is pale, bright and glistening. The wine displays powerful aromatics with guava and gooseberry, fresh green pea, and secondary floral and mineral aromas. The palate shows a subtle textural mouthfeel with pleasant roundness and flavours of zesty citrus and snow pea with minerality and spice. Fruit flavours linger on the palate and the wine has a long, refreshing finish.

This fiano has lifted aromas of bright lemon and orange pith, supported by delicate notes of spice and hazelnut. The citrus aromatics follow through on the palate, with fresh nashi pear, and hints of melon and ginger spice. The wine is enhanced with a softly textured, viscous mouth feel, with subtle savoury nutty flavours on the finish.

The wine displays hints of sea spray, and subtle florals and spice, with lifted citrus aromatics. The mouth feel is softly textural with a briny, oyster-shell minerality, soft citrus, and some savoury, roast hazelnut tones.

The colour is a rich, bright gold, and the aromatics display characters of lemon pith, crunchy pear, white florals and raw almond. The palate is lively and textural, displaying fresh lemon and white nectarine, with a subtle nutty character and a hint of nutmeg spice. The wine finishes with refreshing acidity and delicate fruit flavours which linger on the palate.

Sauvignon blanc, but not as you know it. This wine has enticing aromatics of green herb and citrus, with subtle spice. The palate shows vibrant grapefruit and lemon flavours with crisp snow pea freshness. The oak treatment adds elegance and texture to balance the underlying fruit. A perfect style to enjoy with food.

The wine displays a bright, lifted bouquet of both lemon and stone fruits, such as peach. There is also an underlay of toasty spice derived from the oak. On the palate, the wine displays lively citrus flavours supported by funky barrel ferment characters which add complexity. There is a long flavoursome finish with a good balance of fruit, oak and natural acidity.

This wine has bright aromas of lemon and white peach, with subtle mealy and struck match characters, supported by oak-derived spice notes. The palate displays a modern styled chardonnay of citrus zest and stone fruit with the use of new oak providing weight, soft texture and notes of warm spice. The wine is bright and mouth filling with a long lingering finish.

This wine has aromas of intense grapefruit and nectarine with a touch of citrus blossom and subtle oak nuances. The palate displays a concentration of citrus and stone fruit with a touch of creaminess and nutty texture due to a partial malolactic fermentation.

New Release

Fine aromatics, reminiscent of floral, citrus and flint, build in intensity as the wine breathes in the glass, to show layers of funky wild ferment and lees-derived complexity. The palate has great depth of flavour, with clarity and poise, all the elements following a long line of mineral acidity.

A tightly packed chardonnay displaying rich fruit flavours and a buttery character from malolactic fermentation. The wine shows a full mouthfeel derived from the lees work and a big French oak influence. The palate has length and drive towards the long finish, with broad intensity.

New Release

Delicate pink in colour, this is a contemporary Provence styled dry rosé with nuanced and inviting aromatics of cranberry, orange zest and spice. It is a refreshing style with a subtle textural mouthfeel. Flavours of tart rhubarb and custard, sour cherry, clove and burnt orange lead to a persistent, textural and dry finish.

The wine displays lifted aromas of sour cherries and spice with savoury forest floor notes. The palate is smooth with subtle texture. Cherry flavours are supported by earthy and spice notes, with well-integrated silky tannins leading to a long savoury finish.

A medium bodied pinot with lifted aromas of forest floor, red berries and spice. These characters follow through on the palate with a gently textured mouth feel and soft, subtly grippy tannins. This wine is well suited to complement game or light red meat dishes.

A seductive, savoury styled pinot with lifted aromas of raspberries, warm spice and subtle whole bunch character. These characters follow through on the palate with flavours of sour cherry, earthy forest floor, and hints of wild herb and game. A delicate but complex wine with a softly textured mouth feel and fine, drying tannins. 

New Release

This pinot noir, grown on our Denmark estate vineyard in the cool microclimate of the Scotsdale valley, showcases elegant varietal flavour as well as the nuances of the site. A layered style of pinot noir which is slightly more powerful in style than our Single Vineyard offerings, with lovely dark fruit flavours complemented by complex savoury and whole bunch character.

The colour is a light berry red, with powerful aromatics in the glass. Sour cherry and red berry fruit are at the fore, supported by complex savoury and earthy aromas. The palate is light and characterised by red fruit, brambly ‘bunch’ character and a subtle minerality. Smooth, drying tannins and bright acidity provide structure and length. An ideal style to serve chilled.

This wine is a blend of the classic Rhône varieties of mataro, shiraz, and grenache . It offers alluring aromatics, a plush palate, smooth mouthfeel and fine-grained chewy tannins. Its perfect match is slow-cooked lamb shanks with steamed veggies and creamy mashed potato.

This grenache displays highly perfumed aromatics of red berries, violets, and dried herbs. The medium bodied palate offers a smooth and voluptuous mouthfeel, with the presence of fine, drying tannins typical of grenache. Full varietal flavours show rich fruit reminiscent of blackcurrant pastille and stewed strawberry, supported by gravel notes and subtle savouriness.

With a deep crimson purple hue, this medium bodied tempranillo reveals intense dark berries, accompanied by spicy nuances and hints of forest floor, supported by subtle oak undertones. The wine is effortlessly mouth filling, marrying velvety savouriness with well-balanced acidity and complex tannins. The result is a chewy, almost dusty, and gently drying mouthfeel. 

A smooth, juicy and generous red

This wine displays bright and lifted perfumed aromas of dark fruits as well as subtle hints of chocolate and spicy oak. The wine is effortlessly mouth filling with a lovely soft and juicy red fruit flavour profile balanced with natural acidity and gentle fine grained tannins which provide structure to a long finish.

Say hello to Singlefile’s flagship wine. This is a wine that is soft, ripe, intense, balanced, elegant and powerful, among many other attributes. Only a limited number of cases were produced. 

A smooth and spicy shiraz

The wine is a deep raspberry colour. The aromatics display notes of dark plum and charry oak with subtle cool climate spicy undertones and savoury notes. The palate is effortlessly smooth and displays black berry fruit characters flowing through to a subtle spicy finish balanced by ripe soft tannins leaving a surprisingly long finish.

An elegant shiraz offering dark fruit and spice

A medium-bodied cool-climate style shiraz with power and complexity. It displays vibrant blackberries, currants and subtle spicy aromas. The palate also offers hints of dark cocoa, which persist through to a dry finish. Throw an eye fillet on the barbie with a few spuds and corn cobs.

A cellar door favourite

The wine is pale yellow and bright in colour, with a well-defined bead. The aromatics show elements of citrus and green apple, with white blossom and tart raspberry, and subtle notes of toasted bread. On the palate, flavours of tart Granny Smith apple and fresh citrus are immediate, with a subtle brioche character, and a delicate hint of strawberry, leading to a lingering, clean finish.

As a specialist chardonnay and pinot noir producer we take the production of our sparkling wine very seriously. This sparkling has delicate aromas of flint, citrus, honey, and almond nougat, reflecting the time spent on lees. On the palate, it has a fine bead and an elegance due to the natural acidity of the wine, presenting as the crisp freshness of Granny Smith apples and citrus zest. It also shows some subtle complexity.

A classic dry-style gin, artfully blended with fresh stone fruit, piney juniper notes, and a hint of vanilla. This gin is enriched with premium Singlefile chardonnay grapes, infusing a unique, earthy fruit note reminiscent of our celebrated Denmark chardonnays. Perfect for refreshing summer G&Ts and classic martinis. Best served with a light tonic or soda and fresh lime.

Batch 2 - New Release

A slightly sweeter gin in the vein of a 'sloe' style, but with no added sugar and only the natural sweetness of the Great Southern pinot noir grapes. The result is a jammy, robust gin with pepper notes and a beautiful tannin finish. It drinks as a sipping gin, mixed with a dry ginger ale or blended with Vermouth and Campari for a 'pinot negroni'.
