Shipping & Returns
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to theteam@singlefilewines.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at 1300 885 807 for return instructions.

Singlefile ships Australia-wide. Fast, secure, and cost-effective delivery is important to us, and the guide below outlines how shipping works for online orders.
When will my order ship?
Your order is carefully packaged by our team in Denmark, Western Australia, and shipped with Australia Post during weekday business hours.
Orders placed before 1pm AWST will generally ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will ship the next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on order size, order value, and delivery location. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders as outlined below.
1–5 bottles
- Free shipping if order subtotal exceeds $380
6 bottles
- Free shipping to Australian capital cities
7–11 bottles
- Free shipping if order subtotal exceeds $380
12 bottles
- Free shipping Australia-wide
13+ bottles
- Free shipping Australia-wide, unless the order value is under $380
- For orders under $380, shipping applies only to bottles beyond the first 12
Shipping charges (where applicable) are calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
Note: Flat rates apply to metro areas. If you're in a regional location, we may contact you to confirm a custom shipping quote. You’ll have the option to proceed or cancel before dispatch.
For international delivery or special orders (e.g. events or corporate gifting), shipping is quoted based on Australia Post rates. Contact us to request a quote.

Your wine is carefully packed in elegantly branded and secure shipping cartons (single, twin, six-pack, or twelve-pack sizes).
For gifts or special orders, we can offer branded tissue, premium boxes, and handwritten cards — just get in touch with our team to arrange it.
