WA Tourism Gold & National Bronze
2025
Singlefile won Gold at the 2025 Western Australian Tourism Awards and went on to secure Bronze at the Australian Tourism Awards in the Tourism Wineries, Distilleries & Breweries category.
WA Producer of the Year
2024
Singlefile was named 2024 Western Australian Producer of the Year in Ray Jordan’s WA Wine Review, recognising outstanding quality across the portfolio.
First Albany Wines
2024
Singlefile produced its first wines from Albany, completing its goal of crafting single vineyard expressions from all five subregions of the Great Southern.
Tourism Gold Medal
2023
Singlefile received a Gold Medal and was the highest-awarded cellar door in its category at the Perth Airport WA Tourism Awards, recognising excellence in the Wineries, Distilleries & Breweries division.
First Porongurup Release
2022
Singlefile released its first wines made from Porongurup fruit, showcasing the region’s pristine, mineral-driven style.
National Distributor Appointment
2014
Singlefile appointed Domaine Wine Shippers as its national distributor, expanding its reach across Australia.
First Frankland River Wines
2010
Singlefile produced its first wines from Frankland River, a subregion renowned for structured reds of depth and purity.
First Estate Vintage
2008
Singlefile released its first estate-grown vintage, including the inaugural Family Reserve Chardonnay.
Custodianship of the Denmark Vineyard
2007
The Snowden and Corbett families became custodians of the Denmark property, marking the beginning of Singlefile.
Chardonnay Vineyard Planted
1986
The original chardonnay vineyard was planted, establishing the foundational vines of Singlefile’s Denmark site.
Wine Accolades
Top Reds Recognition
Four Singlefile wines were selected for Ray Jordan's Top 100 Reds 2025, including a 96-point rating for the 2023 Single Vineyard Frankland River Cabernet Sauvignon.
Red Star Winery Rating
Singlefile maintained its prestigious Top 5 Red Star Winery rating in the 2025 Halliday Wine Companion, with three wines ranked among the best in their varietal categories.
Top Australian Rosé
The 2024 Great Southern Rosé earned 95 points and was named the top-ranked Australian rosé of the year.
Chardonnay Gold (IWSC)
The 2021 ‘The Vivienne’ Denmark Chardonnay won a Gold Medal and achieved the equal highest chardonnay score at the International Wine & Spirits Competition.
Chardonnay Best in Show
‘The Vivienne’ Denmark Chardonnay received a Gold Medal and was awarded Best in Show by Varietal at the London Wine Competition.
Top 100 Reds Win
Three Singlefile wines were included in Ray Jordan’s Top 100 Reds 2024, with the 2023 Single Vineyard Frankland River Shiraz named the top wine in the ranking.
Halliday Top 100
The 2021 Single Vineyard Frankland River Cabernet Sauvignon was recognised as one of James Halliday’s Top 100 Wines of 2023.
International Rosé Gold
The 2022 Great Southern Rosé received a Gold Medal at the International Rosé Championship in Poland, placing among only twenty wines internationally to achieve this.
Top 100 Reds Success
Four Singlefile wines were selected for Ray Jordan’s Top 100 Reds 2023, making Singlefile the most successful producer in that year’s list.
Top 10 WA Rieslings
The 2019 Single Vineyard Mount Barker Riesling was named among James Suckling’s Top 10 Great Western Australian Rieslings.
Trophy Triple Riesling Win
The 2022 Great Southern Riesling won three trophies, including the overall top award, at the Canberra International Riesling Challenge.
High-Scoring Riesling
The 2021 Great Southern Riesling was rated among the top performers in a national blind tasting by Gourmet Traveller Wine.
WA Wine Review Honours
Multiple Singlefile wines received runner-up varietal awards in Ray Jordan’s WA Wine Review, and the 2018 Limited Release ‘The Philip Adrian’ Cabernet Sauvignon scored 98 points.

Two Singlefile wines were featured in Ray Jordan’s Top 100 Reds for 2022.
Sparkling of the Year
The 2011 Denmark Pinot Chardonnay was awarded Sparkling of the Year in Winestate Magazine’s Wine of the Year Awards.
Best Chardonnay Trophy
Singlefile won the trophy for Best Chardonnay in Australia and New Zealand at the Winestate Wine of the Year Awards.
Top Australian Chardonnay
Singlefile Chardonnay was ranked among Australia’s best in a national review by Gourmet Traveller Wine Magazine.
State-First Pinot Noir Trophy
Singlefile became the first winery in its state to win the Pinot Noir Trophy at the Boutique Wine Awards.

Gourmet Traveler Wine
Singlefile has been named the winner of Gourmet Traveller Wine's Best Cellar Door or Best Tasting Experience for the Great Southern eight times since 2013.
Top Wine Experiences
Singlefile listed in Gourmet Traveller Wine's "50 Top Wine Experiences in the World" in January 2019.
Dark Horse Winery
In 2013 James Halliday awarded Singlefile the inaugural ‘Dark Horse Winery of the Year’, award in his annual Wine Companion.
Coco d'Vino
2018 Coco d’Vino Selected by Gourmet Traveller Wine as one of the 50 Top Wine Experiences in the World, singling out the innovative Coco d’Vino tasting.
