The wine is a bright, pale yellow, with a well-defined bead. The aromatics show refreshing citrus fragrance, with white blossom and subtle pear notes, and gentle minerality. On the palate, flavours of tart Granny Smith apple, lemon and lime are immediate, with a subtle nutty character, a hint of saline minerality and a dry, refreshing finish. The bead is lively and palate cleansing, making this an ideal wine to serve with fried appetisers or soft cheese, or try with a creamy dessert.
