This wine has aromas of intense grapefruit and white peach with a touch of orange blossom. The palate experiences a concentration of citrus and stone fruit with a touch of creamy nutty texture due to a partial malo-lactic fermentation.

The Vivienne Chardonnay is at once rich and refined, balanced and complex. The fine aromas range from citrus and stone fruit to butter and cream. The palate is deep following a long line of mineral acidity. A wine of purity and drive, it is made only in exceptional vintage years with very limited cases available.

Pale salmon pink in colour, this is a contemporary style of dry Rosé; nuanced and delicate flavours of wild strawberries, sour cherries and spices. It is long in flavour and mouthfeel with delicate herbal elements. It provides a persistent, textural and dry finish. Best enjoyed chilled.

Produced from fruit planted at the Singlefile Denmark Vineyard, these Burgundian pinot noir clones were selected for their suitability to the cooler climates and rich soils. The viticulture and winemaking techniques used were with the sole purpose of highlighting the unique characteristics of Pinot Noir from this site. Made with minimum effective sulphites, it was not fined and only minimally filtered.
