The colour is light and the aromatics display a combination of lemon and lime flavours. The palate is characterised by the acidic drive of the wine. A dry riesling, the wine displays intense lime flavours with subtle minerality (which will develop further with age). The wine has a long finish with a lingering acidity. A fuller styled pinot with lifted aromas of forest floor, red berries and spice. These characters follow through on the palate with a medium weight and textured mouth feel with soft tannins and a long finish. This wine is well suited to complement game meat dishes.

Vintage 2019 Coming Soon

Fine aromatics, reminiscent of floral, citrus and flint, build in intensity as the wine breathes in the glass, to show layers of funky wild ferment and lees-derived complexity. The palate has great depth of flavour, with clarity and poise, all the elements following a long line of mineral acidity.
