Fast and cost effective delivery is important to us. The following guide outlines our delivery process and shipping options.
When will my order ship?
Your order is carefully packaged by our team in Denmark, Western Australia, and shipped with Australia Post during weekday business hours.
If placed before 1pm AWST, we aim to ship the same day. Orders after 1pm or on weekends/public holidays will generally ship the next business day.
During busy periods (e.g. stocktake or Wine Club shipments), dispatch may be delayed by a day. You'll receive tracking updates via email.
How much does shipping cost?
We aim to offer the best possible price we can, including free shipping for qualifying orders:

For international delivery or special orders (e.g. events or corporate gifting), shipping is quoted based on Australia Post rates. Contact us to request a quote.
What packaging options are available?
Your wine is carefully packed in elegantly branded and secure shipping cartons (single, twin, six-pack, or twelve-pack sizes).
For gifts or special orders, we can offer branded tissue, premium boxes, and handwritten cards — just get in touch with our team to arrange it.
