Fast and cost effective delivery of your order is important to us. The following information will give you a guide to our delivery procedures.
When will my order ship?
Your order is carefully packaged and shipped by our team in Denmark, Western Australia, using Australia Post. The packing shed is staffed during business hours on Monday-Friday.
We are notified of every order which is placed online. Generally, if your order is placed prior to 1pm, it will ship on the same day; or on the next business day if placed after 1pm or on a weekend or public holiday. Occasionally, during stocktake, Wine Club shipment days, or due to staffing, your order will be shipped on the next business day. You will receive tracking updates to the email address used for your order.
How much does shipping cost?
We aim to provide shipping at the best possible price we can. Our flat shipping rates (for orders less than six bottles) are laid out below:
Note that these rates are for shipping to metro areas in each state. Should you live in a regional area, shipping costs may actually be significantly higher, in which case we may contact you to discuss custom delivery charges. We will offer the option of proceeding with the revised charges, or canceling your order.
For custom orders, such as corporate gifting, wines for events, or utilising alternative packaging, we will offer a quote on shipping based on the actual cost quoted to us by Australia Post.
Please contact our team for a quote for overseas shipping, should you wish to purchase our wines for delivery outside of Australia.
Packaging Options
We carefully package your order into elegantly branded and secure shipping boxes (with single bottle, twin pack, six pack and case sizes available). We can offer some options for premium boxes, branded tissue, and handwritten cards for special orders — if you would like to request these options, please contact our team.
