Ingredients
  • 125 ml soy sauce
  • 0.5 tsp grated lime rind
  • 1 Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbp fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 red chilli, finely chopped (leave in pit for hotter flavour)
Directions

Shake all together in a jar and use to top natural oysters (or as a dressing)
