Ingredients
- 125 ml soy sauce
- 0.5 tsp grated lime rind
- 1 Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbp fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped (leave in pit for hotter flavour)
Directions
Shake all together in a jar and use to top natural oysters (or as a dressing)
