Baked Artichoke Dip
A popular favourite and one of Vivienne (Viv) Snowden’s ‘go tos’, this artichoke dip is sure to impress this festive season!

Method
- A true family recipe, Viv originally learnt it from her husband’s sister but has since made some adjustments to make it her own.
- Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth, then add salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in a small oven proof bowl at 160°C for about 30 minutes until the crust is lightly browned.
- Serve warm with sliced Turkish bread and you can substitute the artichokes for other ingredients, such as spinach, to your taste.
