Baked Artichoke Dip

A popular favourite and one of Vivienne (Viv) Snowden’s ‘go tos’, this artichoke dip is sure to impress this festive season!
Cook: 30 Minutes Serves: 8 Serves

Ingredients

Method

  1. A true family recipe, Viv originally learnt it from her husband’s sister but has since made some adjustments to make it her own.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth, then add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Bake in a small oven proof bowl at 160°C for about 30 minutes until the crust is lightly browned.
  4. Serve warm with sliced Turkish bread and you can substitute the artichokes for other ingredients, such as spinach, to your taste.
