NV Run Free Nouveau
The fruit was picked on 15th March 2017. The juice was fermented at a very low temperature with the ferment stopped when the alcohol and fruit sweetness reached a desired balance. Bottline was carried out under cold conditions to capture the naturally high CO2 level of the wine.
The colour is light blush and the aromatics display pretty candied orange and floral tones. The palate shows a balanced medium sweet style with citrus and lemon meringue pie notes.
