COVID-19 Update

Our family at Singlefile Wines would like to extend our thoughts to everyone who is personally affected by what is currently happening in our communities. We would especially like to thank all the healthcare workers who are working above and beyond to keep us safe and healthy. As a winery we are part of both the tourism and hospitality community – extending from Denmark to every restaurant, bar or hotel across Australia who supports our wine. Our hearts are with those customers and our suppliers who are all doing it very tough. Please support the hospitality community by ordering takeaway from your local restaurants and cafes – your support will make a big difference.

Due to the current government directives, we have suspended wine tastings, including our ‘Coco d’Vino’ and ‘A Sense of Place’ tastings, and food-related services until further notice. Our Cellar Door remains open 7 days a week from 11am to 5pm for take-away wine and coffee purchases. Note we can only facilitate a maximum of 12 people in the cellar door at any one time.

All of our products will continue to be available for purchase via our online store. We are offering free shipping for orders of 6 or more bottles until the end of June. You can also phone or email orders through, and we’re more than happy to deliver locally or arrange regular shipping with Australia Post. Our staff will continue to adhere to their already very high standards of hygiene.

In the interests of staff and customer health, we will no longer be accepting cash for the foreseeable future.

Tap and go 💳 is our preferred payment method, but bank transfer is acceptable - note orders will be processed when the funds transfer is complete.

Changes to Australia Post

Australia Post has issued advice detailing changes to post office services and parcel deliveries as a result of COVID-19 concerns. 

The Self Service Terminals at Post Offices will now be temporarily unavailable to ensure customers and staff keep a safe distance from one-another.

Further, to minimise the risk of contracting or spreading the virus, all parcels - be it at the Post Office or at a residence - will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection.

In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to the door or a customer goes in to their local Post Office to collect a parcel, an Australia Post staff member will ask and record the customer's name and sign on their behalf. 

The customer will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the presmises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter.
