Must's 'Wine Stars at the Wine Bar' Series

Must Winebar's sommeliers and wine list consultants get behind the bar and open some of their favourites wines for you to taste. It could be some obscure grape variety, amazing producer, or their favourites from a region.

Tastings are free from 6-7pm.

This month Must has invited Singlefile Wines as the first WA winery in the 2010 series. Singlefile Wines is situated in rich soils of Denmark, on our cool Great Southern coastline. CEO Patrick Corbett will roll up the sleeves and jump behind the bar to pour; talking you through the full range of this tiny producer; including Semillon-Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet-Merlot and Shiraz. Drop in for a free tasting of World class cool climate wines that are rapidly developing a cult following amongst Australia's top restaurants."
