The colour is bright and pale gold, and the aromatics display classic Great Southern riesling characters of apple blossom and citrus. The palate shows a dry styled riesling displaying lime zest, Granny Smith apple and subtle mineral undertones. The finish is clean, with mouthwatering acidity and a lingering fruit presence.

The colour is light and pristine, and the aromatics display powerful lemon and lime with enticing notes of honey. A dry riesling, the wine displays intense lime and lemon blossom flavours with lively, flinty minerality (which will develop further with age). The wine has a crisp, tingling finish, with a lingering lemony acidity.

Pale quartz in colour this wine shows beautiful lemon sherbet and lime zest aromatics with subtle hints of sea-salt and a talc, chalky minerality. The acidity is tight knit whereby the palate is characterised by the natural acidic drive, with citrus flavours flowing through the length of the palate. There is superb drive, length and balance to this wine. It will develop further over 20 years.

The wine shows aromatics of crisp green apple, passionfruit and jasmine blossom. The palate displays a subtle richness while still retaining the freshness that one comes to expect from good sauvignon blanc. Stone fruit flavours are supported by refreshing Granny Smith apple and grapefruit notes, with a pleasant, zippy acidity.

The aromatics display a lifted bouquet of green nashi pear and citrus with an underlay of floral notes. The palate has some subtle weight while still maintaining freshness. An easy drinking style with a clean and flavoursome finish.

The colour is light and glistening. The wine displays powerful herbaceous aromatics with gooseberry and asparagus, and secondary floral and passionfruit aromas. The palate shows a textural, approachable mouth feel with primary flavours of citrus and tart gooseberry with tropical fruit and subtle minerality. Fruit flavours linger on the palate and the wine has a refreshing, clean finish.

A lighter style fiano with lifted aromas of lemon and spice. These follow through on the palate, enhanced with subtle nutty flavours and a softly textured mouth feel. This wine is well suited to complement light, fresh white meat and seafood dishes.

The wine displays summer florals, some green apple and subtle orange blossom characters. The mouth feel is textural with a soft, sea spray minerality, some savoury tones and good natural acidity.

Sauvignon Blanc, but not as you know it. Complex aromas hinting at spice, passionfruit and subtle grassiness. The oak treatment adds elegance and texture to balance the underlying fruit. A perfect style to enjoy with food.

The wine displays a bright, lifted bouquet of both lemon and stone fruits, such as peach. There is also an underlay of toasty spice derived from the oak. On the palate, the wine displays lively citrus flavours supported by funky barrel ferment characters which add complexity. There is a long flavoursome finish with a good balance of fruit, oak and natural acidity.
