International Cabernet Day falls on the last Thursday of every August. In wine circles, it’s a day to delight in one of our favourite drops. The Singlefile team salutes Cabernet every day of the year, but we felt there was no better time to acknowledge this King of the Reds than its international day of observance, with an article about the nuances of this beguiling variety.
