From the Eulup vineyard in the Mount Barker sub-region of the Great Southern, this wine has classic cool-climate shiraz structure with aromas of red berry and white pepper. The wine was aged in fine-grained, medium-toast French oak barriques for twelve months, which complements but doesn’t overwhelm this cool-climate shiraz. This is a medium bodied, structured shiraz which pairs beautifully with delicate red meat dishes.
